Refund Policy

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and resalable physical products within 14 days of delivery.
If you have received a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, and a clear photograph of the damaged item. We cannot process a return for damages if the product has been written in, mishandled, or used.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.

Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically takes 2-5 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, our fulfillment process begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed. Because of this efficiency, we are typically unable to accommodate cancellations, address updates, or product modifications once the checkout process is complete.

While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered our processing queue, our team is committed to assisting you in every way possible.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our US facility.
